Job description/ Your responsibilities

Be responsible for general HR tasks (HR administration, recruitment activities, employee administration).

Supporting the recruitment process and the professional on-boarding of new employees.

Supporting and stimulating the internal mobility of our employees in the talent acquisition process.

Correspondence and coordination of file management absenteeism and leave;
-
HR mailbox follow-up.

Follow currentlocal labor laws and regulations.
Your profile
-
You have a Bachelor’s degree.
-
You are a seasoned HR professional with 2-10 years of experience in Netherlands.
-
You are fluent in English (oral & written). Good knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Basic knowledge of social legislation (PC 226) is a plus.
-
You have excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and coaching skills.
-
You are service-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and stress resistant.
-
You work smoothly with MS Office.
-
You have a great interest in the logistics world and wish to commit to building a career in it.
-
You can work in an international context.
